Practice GuidanceThe following provides additional guidance for the use and installation of specific practices for the EQIP program.
Cost ListsRegional differences may exist between the cost for installing practices. North Carolina has established three cost lists roughly paralleling the state's three major land regions. Besides indicating the maximum allowed cost for any practice the cost list also establishes the percentage rate that cost-share will be provided for each practice. The first list indicates what counties are to use which cost list.
County Resource Concern RankingOne factor in determining a contract's ranking is how well it addresses the county's resource concerns. This list identifies the county and their top five resource concerns.
NC-CCC-1201 Application Ranking WorksheetThe NC-CCC-1201 is the form that is used to generate a contract's numerical total that will be used to rank it.
County AllocationsThis list shows the dollar amounts that has been allocated to each county for EQIP contracts.
