NC 'Tools' for the Toolkit

This North Carolina utility is used to assist in creating, editing, and sharing Toolkit GIS templates within a Field Office; copying files into customer folders; copying cost lists from the server to local work stations; and, maintaining geodata files on local workstations.  Local ADMIN required to install this package.

NCTOOLS patch to Ver 6.1.1 (EXE; 178 KB)    NOTE: ADMIN not required to install NCTOOLS patch.  All sites with Ver 6.1.0 should install patch

NCTOOLS patch to Ver 6.1.2 (EXE;
390 KB)  NOTE: ADMIN not required to install NCTOOLS patch. All sites with ArcGIS 9.2 with Toolkit SP4 sites should patch to ver. 6.1.2
